Eric and Debra Ross provided our family with the highest possible level of professional services in the recent purchase of our condominium town home. I couldn't recommend Eric and Debra Ross highly enough. We are so impressed with the way they handled the sale of our property in Oak Park that we have asked them to represent us as we purchase our new home in Orange County. How to describe Debra & Eric Ross in a paragraph-wow that is hard as I cannot say enough great things. From start to finish these 2 know how to get it done. They never stress (or at least they never show it) and explain everything so you don't even need to ask any questions. But rest assured, shall you have a question they are open to answering anything and explaining it in ways you will understand (none of that real estate intimidating lingo). They are consummate professionals whom I can't wait to refer over and over again. They are a force to be reckoned with. An extra bonus was we are now life-long friends. When you want your real estate agent whom you talked to sometimes 10x a day to still be in your life that's the ultimate compliment.

Eric and Debra are amazing realtors. From the moment we met them they made my husband and I feel comfortable with the home buying process. We went to numerous listings and all the while they were patient and encouraging. They reminded us that they wouldn't stop looking and they kept their word. They even showed us homes after we put an offer on a place just so we would have that piece of mind that we checked out everything that we wanted to see. And when we finally found the one, they were with us every step of the way. They had helpful recommendations and ideas on improvements and even gave us referrals to people they've worked with. They truly care and only want to make sure you find the perfect place. They won't steer you wrong.

I've been recommending Eric & Debra Ross since I met them. They are great people & very knowledgeable. They are very patient, kind & professional. They are willing to answer any questions at a moments notice. I don't know how many times we called to look at homes & someone from their team was willing to show us within the hour & sometimes within 15 minutes of us calling. They go above and beyond most realtors & don't stop until they find you your perfect home.
