Tricia was incredible fro start to finish. She communicated every step of the way and ALWAYS answered our call or texts. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. She negotiated multiple great offers for us. She helped us both buying and selling our properties. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional and helped us through some bumps in our transactions. I would HIGHLY recommend her and would CERTAINLY use her again!

Tricia was awesome to work with as we purchased our new home in a competitive market, sold our existing home, and got what we consider "top dollar". On the purchase side, she helped us formulate the right offer and helped us to not pay more than we needed. On the sell side, her pre-marketing, photo layout, and write-up describing our home were absolutely over the top. She is very personable and we now consider her a friend, not just our agent. We highly recommend working with Tricia and the Coury Group!

Tricia made buying our first home so quick and easy! She knows a TON about the MA/RI area, the housing market, and which houses are worth your investment. She offered us her insight at every viewing we went to, which was super helpful because she noticed all the important details. Do yourself a favor and work with Tricia, you'll thank yourself later!

Working with Tricia was great, she knew the area we were looking in (Cumberland, Lincoln RI) really well, she was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and was a great advocate for us in the homebuying process. Plus she was just super easy to get along with! Would definitely recommend her, and would absolutely use her again when we buy or sell.
