Our family has worked with The Luchini Homes Group on multiple occasions—twice for selling, twice for purchasing, and countless submitted offers. Gail is a fierce advocate for her clients, and both she and Nicole are an incredible team. Their communication is outstanding, so when one is unavailable, the other steps in effortlessly to ensure continuity and care. We greatly appreciated their recommendations for trusted services, such as mortgage officers and home inspectors, which made the entire process even smoother. Their expertise and knowledge are truly invaluable, and their kindness and guidance make an otherwise stressful process much more manageable. We recently purchased a home and sold our old house with Nicole. Because of Nicole having great connections, contacts, knowing just what we were looking for, and persistence, she was able to find us our dream home (off market) and get our offer accepted. We could not be happier in our forever home and we never would have gotten it without Nicole’s expertise and excellent work ethic. Nicole is quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. We also sold our home with her and was able to get us a couple of offers over asking price with just one weekend of open houses. She also helped us with a lease back and timing everything so we didn’t have a gap in housing. Couldn’t have worked out better. Would recommend Nicole for sure.

We recently completed a purchase of a condo in Boston, and Nicole was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was consistently responsive and thoughtful. Nicole was patient and understanding through a lengthy negotiation process. Her support was extremely helpful post purchase agreement as she stayed consistently connected with us, our attorney, the condo management and the buyers' agent. Nicole was a pleasure to work with during the entire purchase process all the way through our closing.
