We had Evan help us find our ideal home in September 2018, we found our dream home on the first day of showings, it was actually the first home he showed us! The process of purchasing the home was another story entirely, due to an incompetent mortgage broker. Thankfully, Evan was there for us every step of the way, he helped us navigate all the roadblocks we encountered and provided support that went well above and beyond what could have ever been expected of him. His professionalism, positive attitude, and integrity will always be the most positive aspect of our home purchasing experience. Evan did a great job of walking us through the purchase of our property. He promptly responded to our many questions explained each step in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a realtor in his area of service. He has a way of making you feel like he is working for your best interests.

We were looking for a vacation home. Evan was really helpful in finding property to veiw that would fit the needs of the 4 families that would be using the property. He provided us with his cell and email and answered texts and emails and calls promptly. Even when he was on vacation! He made house hunting fun and enjoyable. And found us the perfect property with a beautiful home that had all we were looking for and more. I recommend Evan Kaseberg for all your realty needs!

He never gave up even when running into snags with the owner of the property we bought. The property was being managed through an estate sale (Lawyer). This ran into issues as everything had to go through the lawyer and then to the family. Evan was right on top of things and tried to get questions answered and things done to get the house ready for us to buy. He was prompt and courteous. He helped us a lot!

The only reason I didn't give Evan all 5 star ratings is because he is fairly new in the real estate business and is still learning the process. However, it did not affect our experience. If Evan did not know something, he found out from his superiors and responded very quickly. Perhaps it is because he is fairly new that he gave us the care that he did. Evan is very personable and very willing to help in any way he can. He was very prompt in answering texts and emails even when it required having to get answers from someone else. I highly recommend Evan as a Real Estate Agent. He gave us great service and made our experience enjoyable!
