Georgia is a delight! Friends of ours recommended her to us, and she exceeded our expectations as we worked with her. From our first contact, she responded to us promptly and was accessible when we needed to speak with her or ask her questions. She went out of her way to get to know us and to help us find the right fit as we searched for a new home. She is personable and knowledgeable, and she communicates with honesty and graciousness in her business interactions. She helped make a difficult process so much easier for us - from the actual home search to helping work out all the details of closing. Not only do we appreciate her skills as a realtor, but we now consider her a friend and look forward to keeping in touch with her! We highly recommend Georgia to anyone who is looking for a realtor!

Georgia was nothing short of exceptional. I mean that so sincerely. We retained Georgia to assist with selling our home in the city of Charlottesville. We reached out to her early to discuss selling preparation. She met with me for an hour walking through the process and sent a detailed follow up email and checklist for us to use as we went. Georgia was always respectful of our decisions while simultaneously providing us with her recommendations without providing pressure; a very difficult balance to strike. She consulted other realtors when necessary and made us feel she took selling our home and the associated responsibility very seriously. Once we actually listed our house, she kept in frequent contact never hesitating to touch base over the phone and talk through options. We could not have done it without her and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor. If we move back to the area we will certainly hope to work with her again.

Georgia is an outstanding realtor and terrific communicator. With her assistance, my condo sold in ONE day at full price. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area and quick response to all of my questions. She has good contacts throughout the community and brings incredible relationships with local resources.

I had an absolutely incredible experience buying a home the past couple months with Georgia diligently helping me throughout the entire process. I could not say enough kind words to convey my gratitude and appreciation for Georgia - she really went above and beyond in many ways. I was able to rely on her guidance and expertise from the first day I called her to see the property of interest. She scheduled time promptly for the next day, and she was exceptionally flexible and accommodating each day since. Even though I had my heart set on one property, Georgia wisely scheduled a showing of a similar property in the area, and that was very helpful in allowing me to feel confident about my decision to put in an offer. With the offer and the general negotiations, Georgia was insightful and persistent in every way possible. Working with Georgia made a challenging decision and process easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t have chosen a better real estate agent - Georgia is in my mind the very best in the area. I am looking to sell a home in the near future and would not begin to think about any other agent. Georgia is a wonderful agent; she's generous with her expertise, fastidious in representing her clients, and most importantly, a very kind and passionate individual. We've both purchased and sold properties with Georgia, and each time we always felt fully informed during the process and were met with quick, thoughtful responses anytime we had questions. Georgia has an impressive knowledge of the Central VA housing market, which is an invaluable resource to her clients, whether they are buying or selling.
