Yvette Okros got a lot of good reviews from past customers. One would think she was honest and trustworthy. In my experience, she is a deceiver and doesn't have the best interest of her customers. She was all about making the commission at any cost. I was deceived by her trusting the client's review. That is why I'm writing this review to prevent others from making the same mistake I did. I purchased a house where she represented the seller and the client. It has only been a few months and realize the house has major problems that were covered up. One would say, she didn't know. Her comments to the housing inspector regarding the stableness of the home and was acquainted with the seller. Home seeker warning you have to read between the small talk. The home inspector doesn't check the foundation. Make sure you do a free foundation check before purchasing a home. Did she know or not? You draw your conclusion!

Yvette took the time to listen to what was important to us and helped us through each step of home buying. She is knowledgeable not only about real estate in the area, but more generally about owning and taking care of a home. As first time buyers we were often unsure and her calm, clear, advice helped smooth out our worries. I would recommend Yvette 100%.
