Gevon will be my realtor forever. He recently just sold my home on N Orinda in Mountain House. I was beyond pleased and grateful. We listed at comparable sales and received multiple offers. This was great news for my son and I. We are able to move and be closer to family. I will use Gevon for any future sale and buying of a home. He always answers my calls and text. Extremely knowledgeable in the current market, professional and friendly. A real people person. He really makes you feel safe with your transaction. I thought it would be a headache to sell my house and it was smoother than buying a car.

Gevon has helped me with 3 home transactions over last 8 years - 2 home purchases and one home sale. In this day and age, buyers and sellers have choices and incentives in various forms to work with newer real estate agents. For each of my 3 transactions I went back to Gevon and end of each transaction I was glad I worked with him. All 3 incidentally were very difficult situations - ranging from competing against all cash offers to attempting to sell a home with an uncompromising tenant with ongoing lease. All transactions took a lot of perseverance, strategies, patience, extremely difficult/frustrating negotiations and end-end process know how. Gevon excelled, helped and guided me through each of these 5 challenging situations. There is one more aspect. His instincts on market temperament. He was able to use his instincts to keep trying and getting me better sale prices even more then what I asked and agreed to close at. Gevon is truly a full-service agent. He sold our home when we were living out of the area. He took care of everything while we couldn't be there, including prepping the property (repairs, yardwork, staging, selling furniture we couldn't get rid of) -- things we didn't even know needed to be done. He held out hands every step of the way. Some people think that they can sell their homes themselves. They have no idea what they're thinking. This is why we hired a professional; and one of the best. Not only did he take care of of sale of our home, he took care of US. Gevon is amazing at what he does and is a top seller in the area for a reason.
