Michele is a fantastic realtor. I had been looking for a home off and on for 4+ years, and have worked with 5+ agents in that time frame. Michele stood out from the rest of the agents I worked with in many ways: her responsiveness, her proactive approach to the buyer's home search process, and her good attitude. One thing she would do differently, that none of my other former agents did, was send me the Seller's Disclosures for places I was interested in seeing before we actually scheduled a tour. This simple practice, that no other agent seems to practice for some reason, instantly made her stand out from everyone else. It saved both myself and her a ton of time by making it much easier for me to screen out homes that may have been a bad fit for me. She was also highly responsiveness, I never waited more than 24 hours to hear back from her after reaching out to ask about potential homes to tour. There were a few times where I thought maybe I found the right home, and Michele would graciously take me to tour the same home multiple times in a row so I could really get a feel for the place. Finally, after a year long search, I closed on a place at the end of the year! If I ever find myself looking to buy or sell in the Pittsburgh real estate market again, I will absolutely be contacting Michele Leone first!

Michele was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. She provided us with several options and was able to help us narrow down what we were really looking for. She patiently showed us many properties before we found the right one! I highly recommend Michele!
