I had tried to sell my house on my own without much success. Grace got in touch with me and wanted to check out my house in case she had any potential buyers she may be interested in viewing the house. By the end of our conversation I knew that if I was going to be serious about selling my house, Grace was the person I wanted working for me. She was very friendly, personable and was always available if I had questions at any time during the process. She did a great job staging and photographing my house. She was very sensitive to what I had going on, when scheduling showings. Grace negotiated a great deal for me and when it came time for closing, I did very little work. Whether I was buying or selling, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Grace again.

Grace was amazing during the selling of my apartment home. It was a sale that was wrought with downsides. First the hit of Covid followed by three times of thinking it was sold only to have the sales fall through. Through it all Grace was professional and positive and never doubted the ability to sell the place. She worked hard to sell my place despite the setbacks. She looked at better areas to advertise, she fought a low ball appraisal, she went above and beyond to sell my place and to get the right price for it. Grace is professional, positive, very responsive to questions, communication is great and she always kept me updated on where things were at. When things aren't going as planned Grace stays positive and offers sensible recommendations to try. I highly recommend Grace and I would never use any other realtor.

Grace was a complete lifesaver during our home search and buying process. I wasn't able to travel to NY, so my husband did all the walk throughs with her. She really went out of her way and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. As first time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions. Grace was super patient with us and was very responsive to our questions. She literally helped us every step of the way, including after closing. Grace is a local, so she's super familiar with the area. Since we've closed on our home, she's been extremely helpful with recommending local services. If you're looking for realtor in the Ithaca, NY area I highly recommend Grace!

Grace was excellent to work with! She took the time to help us find a property that had everything we were looking for in our price range. She was always available to answer questions and we could not recommend a better person to work with!
