Kris was a life saver for my husband and I! I talked to multiple realtors since it was my first time buying a house and he was the only realtor who was positive and encouraging. He was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and our advocate through the long process of buying our home. We moved across the country and knew nothing of how different things were from state to state. No matter how difficult things got he was honest but had a plan to help us through it. Putting out trust in Kris was the smartest thing we did! He is the only one in upstate NY I could find who had any knowledge of VA loans. Even after the process was done, he checked in to make sure we were doing ok. He was so thoughtful and respectful. I can’t recommend Kris more to anyone and everyone who is interested in finding a reliable down to earth realtor.

My wife and I began searching for our first home in 2019 when we found out that she was pregnant with our first child. We started looking at some properties in the area and happened to look at a place Kris had listed. I heard from many friends, family, and trusted community members that Kris was a great realtor. We didn’t end up liking the listed property, but we took on Kris as our buyer’s agent and he helped us locate our home!?The process of buying a home for the first time is daunting, to say the least. Kris was friendly, professional, courteous, and extremely responsive to our calls and texts. He led us through the process and we were able to close on our home in time to move in before our firstborn arrived!?I highly recommend Kris if you are looking to purchase a property in Cortland or Tompkins counties!

Kris was great to work with. Moving from 5 hours away was away was difficult. Kris helped me with everything in the closing process. Not to mention returning my calls promptly. He is a true professional and I would highly recommend him.

Kris helped my wife and I find our dream home! His knowledge and professionalism was beyond my expectations. Kris made what was at times a stressful experience, into a positive one. We could not have been happier. Years later we are still in touch regularly and Kris is a great friend!

Outstanding!! After looking at several homes, Kristopher was able to help me locate the perfect home for my needs. The process from the phone call to closing was a pleasure! I was so stressed about purchasing another home after several years but Kris just made the entire process easy. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else when it comes to buying a home.
