He does everything so you can focus on your real job and not spend your energy buying or selling a house. I’m super thankful for everything Irvin has done to help us buy a home and sell another.

I located Irvin online. My wife and I were agents in the Shenandoah Valley for a number of years. We wanted someone who really knew the area well and was experienced. Irvin did a great job of figuring out what we wanted and didn't waste his or our time on properties that were not of high interest. We had been coming to the area for 2 years just looking around, checking out houses and land independently. On Thursday we previewed 17 properties on our own. On Friday we went out to look hard at 7 properties with Irvin. We returned to our favorite Saturday, did a hard look over / inspection, and wrote the contract that day. Irvin is superb at knowing the values in the area, all the up and down sides of any area, connected us with a great home inspector. Irvin is just a wonderful person to work with. Thanks to Irvin we got the house we wanted, where we wanted, at a great price. Better yet, the purchase went quickly, easily, with no frustrations. Irvin is exactly the kind of agent we loved to work with when we were in real estate, and believe me, that's a fairly short list!

Irvin was instrumental in aiding my wife and I in locating the right property for us. He was very knowledgeable of property in the area and responsive to our inquiries. He seemed to always beat work and able to show us listings. He has now become a family friend and we would definitely use his services again. His knowledge of Middlesex County is only surpassed by the County Administrator... ; )

Mr. Shackelford was with me all the way on the sale of the home in Virginia. During the contract period I had many life changes I had to deal with and he helped me tremendously, knowing my plate was already full. Thank you, Mr. Shackelford, for getting me through all of it!

Irvin was wonderful to work with and was very diligent with the process in selling our home. He was constantly going the extra mile to ensure our house sold in a timely manner and we received the best price. I would highly recommend and refer his services.
