I highly recommend June Morrissey. She went above and beyond. Her 30 years of experience were very noticeable and appreciated. June got to know our specific family’s dream home ideas, must have and wants. June was immediately responsive to every text message, email and phone calls at any time of the day. June kept us informed at every step of the entire process. June deeply negotiated to get us the best deal. She made the process fast, easy and pleasant. We are very happy at our new dream home.

If you are looking for a new home, you want June to work with you. Rather, you want to work with June. She is very knowledgeable about Chicagoland communities, has an eye for spotting problems, and genuinely cares about her clients & their pending investment. We made an offer on a house she had concerns about. She insisted the inspector go onto the crawlspace rather than hang his head in & shine a flashlight around, & she steered him to the space under her area she of concern. He discovered severely compromised floor joists under the 2 bathrooms located in the center of the house and she averted us from pending disaster. June was tireless in her pursuit to help us find the right home, patient when I was being difficult, kind when I got discouraged & honest every step of the way. We couldn’t have been in better hands.

June Morrissey exceeded all my expectation in the buying of a new townhome and the selling of my former home. It's been over twenty years since we were in the buying/selling process and she was very patient with us as she navigated us through the buying and selling process. She was always there day and night to answer any questions and address any concerns. She was extremely valuable in helping us to find our dream home and in securing the best price for our former home. If we ever have to go through this process again, June will definitely represent us. I give her my highest recommendation.

June is absolutely great to work with! She makes it a priority to be available and in the rare occasion when she is not she is very prompt to reach back out. Even though she is there to make a sale, I found that she had our best interest in mind and wanted to make sure we found the right home for our family instead of making a quick decision. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer all my questions. She was great at negotiation and made sure to follow up with the sellers to ensure all of our concerns were addressed before the hand off. June was a huge help to me. She listened as I told her what I wanted, and even helped me see things that were important to me that I didn’t know. She showed me homes in the area I wanted to be in, and then when I changed direction, she found me the perfect house in the area where I really wanted to be. She guided me through each step, from the negotiations to the inspections, the appraisal, the waiting, and finally the closing. I would recommend June in a heartbeat. Actually I think I just did!
