I cannot say enough good things about the experience with Jan. He sold my home in 5 weeks after sitting on the market for 6 months with a previous realtor. I felt a release of stress when I met Jan. Jan is wonderful and I would recommend him for anyone seeking a Wilmington area realtor! I was looking for a home in a very specific area of Wilmington and so it took almost a year. Jan was patient with my search process and when it finally came time to act, he did so very quickly and efficiently. I was purchasing from out of state and so Jan effectively handled the inspections and walk-thru’s for me. I had so much trust in him that I was able to purchase the home from the opinions and videos he provided and I only put eyes on it in person the day of the close. Jan has been a fantastic at referring me to local resources, even after the closing. If you would like a realtor that is patient, calm, resourceful, knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients, Jan is your person!

Jan is an amazing realtor who goes above and beyond! He was very patient with us over our year of house hunting. We lived in NJ while looking for the best place for us to retire in NC. If there was a house we were interested in, Jan would check out the house and do a video walk through for us to view, which cut down on some of the travel. He brought a contractor to check on a concern we had with the house we ultimately purchased. Even after our house purchase, Jan continues to be a valuable resource.
