This is the 4th house I purchased and 3rd house I sold. Ariana is by far the best Realtor ever! Ariana is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. Ariana goes above and beyond in providing information about the home you are buying, the neighborhood it is located and marketing on the house you are selling. She scheduled and attended every meeting/inspection for both properties. Ariana is also very active in helping others and donating back to the community, she is just a wonderful person. Once you work with Ariana you will be spoiled and never want to work with anyone else!

Rainey went above and beyond helping us buy our Condo from out of state! She was extremely honest, quick to respond, an incredible communicator and most of all trustworthy! We were connected with Rainey by chance, but I’m so glad we found her! She is a wealth of local knowledge and resources - definitely the kind of agent you want working on your behalf. Throughout the ups and downs, she was steady and thorough. We had an experience where we pulled out of a contract during the due diligence period due to issues that arose during the inspection, and she showed so much care in helping us to navigate that challenging situation.
