I’ve known Jay for years and was confident he would help us with a house sale. He provided excellent guidance and advice on how best to prepare the property for the market. We resisted at first, but he was spot on! He listened to us and answered all our questions. He’s a very honest broker and worked hard to get us the best outcome.

Jason sold our home in 22 days with multiple offers after we switched from another agency after 365 of what I call a disaster. We have a nick name for Jay, Mr. Disaster Recovery......SMILE....He is an amazing broker, a REAL CONCIERGE, me and my wife only can say to you to do whatever he asks you to do and then sit back and relax, he was so amazing, his knowledge, his guidance, his understanding, his ability in being a REAL CONCIERGE is just amazing; might as well call him the Amazing Jay because with his marketing, including a drone video and virtual tours, etc, etc, we got our lives transformed......Jay Caporiccio helps us transform our lives by taking on one of the most difficult tasks......taking a home that had been on the market for over a year with another agency and selling it through his expertise in 22 days!!!! Gotta love this man for helping us move on and finally retire, he cared, he cares, trust us, he is the ONLY ONE 4 U!!!

Jay was great. He sold a hard to sell home in no time at all. We are very please with the outcome. He reassured us as needed and was always willing to answer our questions, Jay is truly awesome.

When I first began looking for a house I knew I need to work with someone who was knowledgeable and successful, and who understood the emotional part of buying a house, as well. In addition to possessing those traits, Jason also was very responsive, extremely fair minded, and kept things moving forward. He worked on helping me purchase my home with all the professionalism, respect, and enthusiasm as I think he would have on a much larger transaction. Besides all of that, he was fun to work with - we laughed and he kept the excitement and fun in the seriousness of this very serious step in my life. I knew he was always looking out for me, anticipating things before they came up, and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely recommend Jason to anyone who ever asks, and would even suggest him if someone doesn't ask for my opinion. I feel so fortunate to have had Jason take me on as a client, and to have benefited from his knowledge of the market, his patience, and him working so hard to get to the ultimate goal of the closing.

Jason (Jay) Caporiccio, went above and beyond anything and everything that would have been expected. Going into the house hunt not knowing what I was looking for, he did everything he could to help, he was also great with negotiating to get me the best for my money. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a property.
