Buying a house in the best of times is not for the faint of heart. The process requires even more courage in times like the present. I was however, fortunate enough to meet Jerome Leyba and his wife and business partner, Chantell Leyba of Red or Green Properties; a brokerage company associated with Zillow. After working with Jerome and Chantell for about five months, it’s now easy to see how they’ve accumulated so many 5 star reviews: both are impeccably honest, intuitive, super smart, possessing keen business instincts, great aesthetic taste, mind-boggling patience, and terrific senses of humor; off of which were needed as my partner and I were extremely particular. Jerome and Chantell’s knowledge of the area and the details of Santa Fe real estate is deep and wide-ranging and they safely and graciously safely navigated us through the minefield of Santa Fe real estate “IEDs.” They’re genuinely good people, and we now consider them real friends. Having gone through this process, I would not hesitate to purchase another home in the future, but there’s no way I’d consider it, without the guidance of Jerome and Chantell. It was a challenge to sell a home that was an estate sale and was sold as is. Jerome negotiated terms that were favorable to me as the seller with fairness to the buyer. Chantell obtained documents and permits required by the lender that required a significant amount of time and attention to detail, particularly when county and state offices were only partially open due to the COVID. Jerome and Chantell were present as various contractors and inspectors performed the requirements mandated by the buyer's lender. I recommend this highly knowledgeable and energetic team to sell your property.

Jerome and Chantell Leyba are a great team! They work so well together, and pay great attention to detail!! They had my house listed, under contract and closed within five weeks! Whenever I had a question, I could call them, text them or email them and they always responded quickly. Another huge plus about them is they don’t work from 8 to 5, they work 24-7, they make themselves available to you. I know nothing about buying and selling homes, so the fact that Chantell specializes in contracts made me feel so comfortable that everything was done perfectly! I have already referred them to a couple of people and will continue to refer them to others. This team goes above and beyond to give you the best buying or selling experience you’ve ever had!

Throughout the home buying experience, Jerome and Chantell have been on top of every detail during the purchase. More impressive, was their dedication to ensuring that my first time home buying experience went as smooth as possible during these trying times. Their wealth of information, contacts, as well as negotiation skills set them apart, as they went above and beyond in ensuring the entire experience was great!

Jerome and Chantell are simply amazing! I have purchased many homes and this one by far was the most seamless purchase of all. I have never had the pleasure of working with agents who are as personable, professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Jerome and Chantell are. They worked as a team with me from day one, to ensure that I had all of my needs and requests satisfied. All of my questions were answered immediately and they always made themselves available for me. They truly care for their clients, and this was 100% apparent through my experience.
