JAM Real Estate recently handled the sale of my Santa Fe home. They priced the home such that we had 30 showings in 5 days and a well-attended open house. I needed to keep the traffic in the house to a minimum, and Six showings accordingly. Six days later we were reviewing 8 offers 2 at list and 6 above list. We were under contract in 10 days. When deciding to buy a home in NM, we took recommendations from several friends. We are so happy we decided to work with Peggy! She is the consummate professional. First - she is a great listener! Once we discussed our needs and wants, Peggy presented properties and options that aligned with our guidance - it was clear she understood what we wanted (and as important, didn’t veer to properties that would not suit us.) We appreciated Peggy was always mindful of our time. We were out of state buyers and needed to work efficiently, both remotely, as well when we traveled to NM for in person viewings.
