Ricky was indispensable. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers looking in the pricey and fast Santa Fe market. After watching the market without a broker for about 3 years, we were losing hope in finding an affordable traditional adobe home. Luckily, he helped us secure "the one" within a couple months. Ricky Allen was superb. Through no fault of his, we had challenges in moving this sale to a closing, but all-the-while Ricky stood by us and gave us the confidence that we would get to the finish line. Ricky's negotiating skills could not have been better. He was able to get us the full listing price. Although parting ways with a second home that we owned for many years was difficult, Ricky and his team put it in proper perspective, which alleviated the stress. I have worked with other residential real estate professionals in the past. That said, Ricky Allen is one of the top brokers I have ever worked with. As such, I wholeheartedly recommend him and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Caroline and the RCT team at Southebys are amazing! Caroline was so savvy with our market approach, and had amazing taste and instincts when it came to handling the listing and showings. Zillow connected me to Yolanda. I could not have asked for a better match. Yolanda is very professional, friendly, accessible and knowledgeable o(f the area and process). I admit I was a bit much with my questions and worries at times, but she never let on. If Yolanda didn't already know the answer, she would find out quickly and accurately. I truly felt she was on my side the entire time. Down the road when I look to purchase my next property, Yolanda will be my call.
