We had a very complicated real estate transaction. We had to sell a house out of state and buy a property in Santa Fe without being present. Ricky’s expertise helped us with both ends of the transaction. His experience and recommendations of multiple venders greatly eased the process. This would not have been possible without his knowledge. Both transactions closed and we are extremely happy with our home here in Santa Fe.

Of the 10 agents I've worked with over the years, Yolanda Zamora is by far my favorite. She's smart, attentive, fun to work with, knows Santa Fe intimately, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We had 3 days to find a house and gave Yolanda a list of 15 candidates. She immediately struck 5 based on local knowledge, personally did drive-bys to eliminates some others, then booked visits for the rest by the next day. She pointed out important features such as local amenities or typical structural issues that helped us to select the best property. She scheduled all inspections and got contractor estimates within the week, and presented lots of data to guide both our offer price and to renegotiate after inspections. Yolanda is well-versed in all the transaction steps and we closed in 30 days without a hitch. Great house, great price, no drama - what more could you ask?

We feel extremely fortunate to have had Melanie as our agent for the recent sale of our property. She displayed a firm command of all the intricacies and steps involved in this sort of thing. We were in a distant state during most of the process, and between this and some other, unexpected issues that arose, it could have been overwhelming. Melanie, however, could always deal with problems quickly and effectively, and could always be contacted immediately. Her advice always turned out to be right on target. Beyond this, she is very personable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

We were satisfied with Tara’s handling of the sale of our house in LaTierra Nueva. We were out of the country making communications challenging and Tara rose to the challenge in her typical low key and friendly manner.

Caroline was always ready to answer any questions we had. She contacted local construction companies to address the home inspection issues. Always helpful and personable. Always made herself available. Negotiated a good price on our purchase. And she likes to fish, which is a common interest we have.
