Enjoyed woking with Jessica from the very start and right through to closing. Her knowledge of the market and the entire sales process is commendable. Equally important to me was that she wasn't at all pushy and was a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend Jessica Keenan to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Wilmington, Carolina Beach or surrounding areas.

Jessica was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, personable, dedicated, and experienced. She gave useful advice without ever feeling pushy (for example, helping us set the price of our condo and assess the adequacy of offers we received), she was not afraid to be aggressive for her client (setting a price that some might have viewed as ambitious but which proved to be accurate) but also did not try to overreach. She was fair in her dealings with all sides (helping us work through how to respond to the due diligence request and pointing out to us repairs she definitely felt we should make) and was simply a delight to work with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and in fact have already recommended her to a close friend.

Jessica was fantastic. Her knowledge of the local market (Carolina Beach, Nc) where I purchased was second to none. she is professional , prompt and ready to go to bat for her clients. I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or sell in the wilmington area. Jessica is a top notch real estate professional and I am very pleased to have had her handle my homes purchase.

Jessica is awesome! I have known her for years and not only do I trust her as a person, but as an expert in her field. As a local resident for many years, she's completely on top of the ins and outs of what is going on in the local real estate community. She helped me navigate through both selling a home and helping me purchase a new one at the same time. She was spot on with advice about pricing and comps and I was able to trust her judgment completely. She was a listening ear and offered great advice and a calm attitude when I had questions or anxiety about the process. She was always responsive and always communicating through phone calls and emails about what was going on during the process so I always felt important, cared for, and informed about everything that was going on. I would recommend her 110%!
