Ryan was more than a realtor to us. He was a friend we could call on anytime of day for difficult problems that arose from trying to sell a property when we live in a different state. He went above and beyond many times; from recommending companies to do work on the house to checking on it when we had a reported trespasser. Without Ryan to lean on we would never have sold the house from miles away. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and definitely the realtor to call.
