Aaron is not only an awesome real estate agent with a fantastic company behind him he a also a wonderful person. Any issue that my wife or I had Aaron was always right on top of it, always answered or called back in a timely manner and just made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. Marianne was the absolute best to work with. She has amazing knowledge of the market, was able to help us guide through the sale of our home and the purchasing of another with poise and professionalism and was always responsive and attentive to our needs. We felt more like family than clients. We would not have been able to navigate the selling of our old home and the purchase of our dream home without her. We will never work with another realtor. If you need a realtor in Tampa bay she is your woman! Stop now and don’t look any further!

Marianne treated me as a VIP and went over and above to show me the property I was interested in within 24 hrs and continued to be responsive through every aspect of the sale from writing the offer, negotiating and even after the sale. Her team also was equally responsive and helpful in working out the needed documents to the title company. Marianne Knowles is the best in my book.
