    Dane was extremely helpful through the entire process from start to finish. During the initial closing process items needed to be addressed with the property and Dane has a professional team that addressed all of the deficiencies, these were completed very promptly and one of the most cost effective options available. In summary, it was a delightful experience and I would definitely recommend his services, as he is extremely professional and addresses any concerns a seller or buyer would have.

    Dane is an excellent realtor. He responds quickly to text or phone calls. He makes recommendations that help you understand, identifies issues ahead of time, and explains all the processes with clarity. You won't be disappointed working with him to buy or sell your home. I felt he had my best interest in mind when looking over the property and when negotiating the sale details. Will work with him again in the future.

    I had been looking for over a year for my first home before I reached out to Dane and his team. They were able to find me the perfect property that met all of my needs. I was amazed that we were able to close within 3 weeks with no issues right before the Labor Day Weekend. He was very responsive in every step of the closing process. I would highly recommend Dane's expertise if you are looking to buy or sell property here in the Panhandle.

    Horrible experience. Poor communication from him to us, to include selling price adjustments to reflect the actual local market. Substandard/incomplete description of the property and low/insufficient resolution photos. For the 6-month duration on the market, he only brought 2 prospective buyers from his agency and only about 8 more from other agencies. We had to request flyers be placed on the REMAX sign outside our property and signs on the road leading to our property for additional visibility by drive-by interested buyers. And we had to follow up on replacing these missing signs the 3 different times they were removed without his knowledge. Without his assistance, we engaged directly with the ultimate actual buyer just a few days before the 6-month listing agreement ended. The agent did not even call, text, email, or show up on closing day for at least a verbal thank you. We DO NOT recommend this agent.
