As out of state buyers, we were completely impressed with Melissa Hallman. Her knowledge and history with the island helped us to make our decision a pleasant and rewarding experience. Melissa was extremely generous with her time, using the internet and Facetime to view our new home and helped us become excited to complete the sale. All the documents and final transactions were made with ease, having Melissa guide our path to success. John and Melissa listed our house during a very difficult time in the housing market. They did an excellent job identifying and reaching qualified buyers for our property. We look forward to working with them again when we are able to return to Saint Simons.

John Hallman is the best and working with him was a wonderful experience! He is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the most responsive people I have met. John helped us find and close on our house in 2012 and he is still a helpful resource for us now. He handles every question and request with genuine and careful thought. He is a kind, honest - extremely profession and this combination makes working with him a breeze. I recommend him often!

John and Melissa Hallman at Chapman Hall Realtors listed and sold a vacant lot and a home for us in 2015. Both of these properties were for an Estate, therefore these listings and sales were very difficult due to the legalities and the emotional attachments involved. From the very beginning John and Melissa were very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, honest, understanding and compassionate. In the process of selling the house we encountered some problems due to the age and structure of the home. This did not effect the work ethics of John and Melissa they held steady and continued to work hard with the goal of selling the home. I was very impressed with John and Melissa keeping me informed on the process of the sale of the properties. I live in a different part of the state and they would call me continuously advising me of the showings and the prospective clients. When it came time to close these properties Melissa was there to assist and advise me. I was pleased with Melissa and John Hallman and would highly recommend them.

John is a first rate real estate agent. He is honest and straight forward. He took the time to understand our needs and to help us find the right house for us. He is highly responsive and, even three years after helping us buy our house, he has still been helpful to me when I was working on a tax matter. I would highly recommend him.
