Mackay is very knowledgeable about St Simons having grown up in the area. He consistently responded to all communication immediately which was very important to us. Mackay went above and beyond by checking our property weekly or more, after a storm, and before buyers came for a showing. We live out of town so this was especially helpful. After receiving an offer, Mackay helped with the negotiations and successfully worked with us and the buyers agent. He is punctual and always very pleasant. I highly recommend Mackay.

Mackay was extremely easy to work with and has extensive knowlege of this area. He listened to our needs and easily assisted us in narrowing our search for homes in the location we wanted. He was always available to answer questions and guided us through the process from contract to closing. Mackay was also and incredible resource in helping us find the right folks to repair and renovate our new home to meet our needs.
