John is the best! He always responded quickly and knowledgeably to all of our questions. We were high maintenance buyers/sellers and he was with us every step of the way. He was always very calm and he helped make a stressful time more fun. Do not hesitate to use John to buy or sell. I just wish we needed another house so we could use him again!

He sold our home in a short period of time and one day to be exact and more importantly was up front with us with every aspect of the sale We also bought a home and he went out of his way to show us a lot of different options

John was easy to work with, made finding a home less stressful because he is a trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor agent. John was flexible, he worked with my husband and my schedule from the beginning of house searching to the end of buying the home. When we found a home, John helped get our offered accepted and closed quickly. John also remains our resource after we purchase the home. If my husband and I decide to buy a home again, we will ask John to assist us!

John is an outstanding real estate agent! He is extremely knowledgable of the current market, trends in home buying, different programs designed to help homebuyers and clearly very experienced. Also, John is organized so you never had to worry if something would get missed or forgotten - that is not how John operates! John always treats his clients and other agents with professionalism and has the best interests of his clients at heart. He never makes you feel like you are bothering him - even if you ask 65 million questions like I did! John is a superstar at communication. He promptly returns his phone calls, texts and emails. This was really important to us as we began the house buying process. I could always count on John to get back to us quickly - even if it was to give a quick update or to tell us he was waiting to hear back from a third party. We never sat around wondering what was happening in the process - John made sure that we were 100% included in all that was happening.
