Oh my greatness - we can not say enough wonderful things about Joy. We originally chose another realtor from Yelp, who had phenomenal reviews, but she didn't cover the area we were looking in. She highly recommended Joy Dale and we are SO glad she did! Joy goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients. We were moving from California and weren't familiar with the area. She went out of her way to understand our likes, dislikes, wants, needs, and bonuses. We ended up finding a home that exceeded all our wants, needs, and likes, at a great price. It's such a blessing. Joy is extremely conscientious, professional, kind-hearted, friendly, accommodating, genuine, and never pushy or places pressure on you. She truly desires to find exactly, what you are seeking, and more. She is patient, yet perseveres, always keeping your best interest at the forefront of her mind. Let me reiterate, "She is patient" never placing pressure on you, never showing any hint of disappointment when you openly share your thoughts, but instead locks each word you speak into her mind wanting to fulfill your desires. Another plus is she is from the Newberg, Hillsboro, Sherwood area, so she has lots of wonderful contacts and knows the area well. She made purchasing from out-of-state, easier than if we were in-state. It was extremely simple. She handled all the inspections and necessary procedures on that end, even going as far as finding a contractor to do our upgrades. She is still following up with us, one-month after closing, making sure we are satisfied with all her recommendations. There are NO words that can adequatly express our gratitude for Joy Dale. She is a diamond in the rough, when it comes to a realtor. Coming from a Human Resource background, I am reluctant to provide recommendations. But, I can assure you, Joy Dale is one of the best in that area! You will NOT be disappointed! Give her a try. You have nothing to loose, but EVERYTHING to gain!

Joy Dale is the realtor everyone should have. Her expertise and attention to detail is impeccable. Joy’s ability to research and provide market data, made the stress of this kind of purchase seem simple. Her tireless work ethic, and constant availability truly sped up the entire process, leading to closing almost 2 weeks ahead of time. Joy’s vast knowledge and history as a realtor in this area make her an “Expert” in this local market. I am recommending her to anyone I know or meet that is interested in purchasing a home. We had the pleasure of working with Joy in the purchase of our home. Joy is professional, extremely knowledgeable and always available when we needed her.
