Rob DeRienzo went above and beyong selling my home because he involved himself heavily with all repairs needed both before and during the sale of the home. He suggested excellent contrators for painting, carpeting, siding, etc and was there to let contractors in and to explain all repairs to prospective buyers. In addition, he sold my house quickly for a good price to a good buyer. This realtor is the best of the best.
