Right from the beginning Amy was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and had so much experience in all different trades. She knew exactly what to expect and always seemed to be one step ahead. I was also very surprised with how much she actually took my family and our needs into consideration. To us it wasn't just looking for a place to live, we were looking for our forever home. Somewhere our family could flourish and grow. Someday it'll be where our grandchildren come to visit. I can't say I was an easy person to please either. I was looking for something very specific, a home that felt like memories in the making. Not an easy thing to find. Yet she did it flawlessly and greatly exceeded my expectations. By the end it felt like she was part of my family and a true miracle worker. I couldn't thank her enough and there are no words that could express the gratitude I feel. I highly recommend Amy!

Amy is amazing. She went above and beyond for us. When the seller left behind a ton of garbage and junk, she spent an entire day just cleaning and hauling it so we could move in right away. We came from out of state so having the home ready was a necessity. She also helped coordinate new flooring installation before we arrived. And she worked hard to make sure we closed on time despite setbacks and a bad loan officer. She’s amazing, please call her!! You won’t regret it.

Loved working with Amy! Buying a home is stressful enough but we thought moving from one state to another would be a whole other stressful situation. Boy were we wrong!! Amy was my eyes and ears and there for all inspections and walk through and had everything in order....even had the house cleaned for us so that after our long 2 day drive we didn’t have to. Thank you Amy!

I came from Nevada and had only 2 days to find the perfect home for my family. Amy was able to pick me up in Portland and drive me to Salem and Dallas to look at the homes I was interested in, on very short notice. For two days she drove me around, several hours. This is a local lady who knows the area and is invested in her clients finding the right home. We had to close in two weeks and we were out of state, so all via docusign. She was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable, closing on time with not issues!

She has been very helpful with the buying a property and later selling a property. I find her to be very diligent in the work that she has done for me. I work most definitely recommend her as an agent.
