Julia helped us buy a lovely townhouse in Alexandria a year ago during COVID. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and we were in our home within 3 weeks. I no would highly recommend her to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience to work with Julia. She was a great adviser and very correct agent. She was always very helpful and reedy to accompany me wherever and whenever I wanted to make a tour in any apartment, condominium etc. I and my family are very happy for the apartment we bought and we are very great-full for her support.

Julia is extremely knowledgeable and helped me through buying my first home. She knows a lot about the local real estate and was able to help secure an offer since I had little experience. Julia always answered calls and texts and stayed consistently stayed on top of tasks. Highly recommend!

Julia Maltsev is a pleasure to work with. Julia helped my wife & me in purchasing a home from out-of-state (MA moving to VA). She is a true professional and was able to truly understand what we were looking for in our new home. She showed us examples of multiple homes in an array of noVA towns to make sure we were comfortable in our process of choosing the best home for us. As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were fairly wary of the entire home buying process, but from the moment we met Julia we felt completely at ease! From the get-go, Julia put our interests first. She listened to what we were looking for and asked many questions to gain an understanding of our lifestyle. We so appreciated the genuine care that Julia showed to help find a house that worked for US. She also showed a true understanding of the home buying process and took the time to explain everything.
