We recently worked with Steve Carter as our realtor, and we couldn't be more pleased! He was always available when we had questions and provided us with all the information we needed to make the right decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Granbury area and the real estate market, and always had our best interests at heart. He was also very patient and never pushy and always excited to help us along the house-hunting journey. We would definitely recommend Steve as a realtor! But more than that, we are now proud to call him a friend.

Traci did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my new home. She was was friendly, responsive, and checked-in with me consistently. She even communicated with the realtor who was selling my old home. Her reassurance through the whole process was very comforting. I highly recommend Traci if you are in need of a realtor. My wife and I feel ourselves very fortunate to have had Kacey Huggins as our realtor to find us our new home in Granbury's Pecan Plantation. She hit the ground running for us taking care not only of our real estate needs but our logistic needs as well. She has tremendous resources that she pulled in to make our home buying journey seamless and enjoyable. She gave us an incredible amount of time and was one step ahead of us always in meeting our needs. She knows this area very well and worked to find us an amazing house. She is a talented realtor and broker knowing the best Title company, worked well with our financial guy in San Antonio and even found us a covered space for our Motor Home! Her real estate Team was an important component to the process allowing her to be in the field with us; there was always someone in the office or could be easily contacted if we required. This is a family business that my wife and I would heartily refer anyone to for their home and real estate buying needs.

If you are looking for a realtor, Kacey Huggins should be at the top of your list! We were moving from out of state and with Kacey’s help we purchased our home sight unseen. As scary as that might be, we had complete trust in Kasey and her team. Kasey was professional, extremely knowledgeable of the current housing market, and she was always quick to respond. She went above and beyond my highest expectations and I can’t thank her enough for all she did to make our move a success.
