Kathleen was recommended by my brother. She did an awesome job selling our mother's home. She was more helpful with tracking the paperwork as it went through probate than our lawyer. She kept us well informed regarding the process, the offers, and all of the paperwork. Kathleen made it easy for us to handle everything, even though we were out of state. We spoke frequently, often several times a day by phone, emails, and text messages. I would highly recommend Kathleen to handle your real estate needs.

I cannot recommend Kathleen Long highly enough. I met Kathleen at a rough point in my life and started out with a short sale in mind. After further consideration I decided to list my home for sale. She stood by me every step of the way. She even became part of my family. Always available when I needed her as-well as tips to sell my home for top dollars which we got the asking price. She listed my home and immediately received offers. We closed in 45 days. Because of her hard work, knowledge, persistent and caring ways I would definitely recommend her and do business with her again in the future. Keep up the good work.

If I were to write 3 paragraphs it wouldn't be enough to tell how satisfied we were with Kathleen. From the moment she walked into our house to give us a free market survey, I knew she was the one to get the job. Her enthusiasm and knowledge just bowled us over ...and she kept it up all through the process until the house closed (at a very good price). A former attorney, Kathleen pays strict attention to details and is right on top over everything and keeps it all on track and moving forward. She made what could have been rough places, smooth right out. And finally, she was just a pleasure to work with -- a super person. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Kathy is the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is always on top of every detail, I never had to follow up on anything as she had everything under control. You can count on Kathy to always have your best interest in mind. I highly recommend her for either side of the real estate transaction, buyer or seller!
