Kate's team is great! Before Kate took over my case, I experienced an unprofessional realtor from the other major company in town. The contrast between the two experiences really highlighted the expertise of Kate's team. Just my personal experience -- not so much into finance but when the game is on I recommend Kate's team.

I can’t say enough great things about working with Elizabeth Thompson to find my dream home! Kyle was one of the best realtors we've ever worked with. During our several months together, he made us feel like our time was valued from day one. He always answered or returned our calls on the same day, explained in-depth reasoning behind his professional thought process for each property we were interested in, and generally treated us with kindness and respect. No high-pressure attitude—he just felt like a family friend helping us out in the process. Having someone like Kyle helping us along the way alleviated an enormous amount of stress that goes into planning a move halfway across the country. Though we ultimately had to cancel our move for reasons unrelated to the housing search, we would recommend Kyle 100% to anyone looking for a realtor in Ithaca; realtors like him are not easy to find!

Elizabeth was incredibly helpful and professional in our long search for a new home and did an outstanding job during the complex purchasing process, which otherwise could be quite difficult for us. She also helped us with all those important after purchase transition details. Elizabeth was always very friendly and available when we had some questions along the way. We highly recommend Elizabeth if you are looking a your new home.

Elizabeth helped my parents buy a house to be near us as for their retirement. In a difficult market she really went the extra distance, always making sure anything that met our needs we knew about and always gave her honest opinion, which was very helpful. When we found the perfect house, she helped guide us through a pretty difficult closing with a lot of moving parts, and everything worked out great. Elizabeth is super professional and very personable, and really cares about her clients as people. She really felt like a part of the family when our offer was accepted-- I think she was just as happy as everyone else!
