As I sit in my first home this Christmas day, I am filled with gratitude for my realtor. I’ve worked with Sam for the past few years, and he’s always been a very responsive, trustworthy realtor. This past year, he really went above and beyond to help me close on my first home. Sam treated me like a family friend and was very thorough and gave me his honest opinion, keeping in mind my goals and aspirations. So, though I had some health issues that limited my ability to do walk-throughs of properties, and I didn’t know all the questions I should ask, I felt confident that Sam wouldn’t leave me astray. In fact, he was a great support and genuinely invested in the process from the time I made my offer to the closing three months later. I can’t imagine having a more supportive, honest, trustworthy realtor. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a house in Ithaca and surrounding areas.

Sam was the best realtor! He helped us realize our dream of moving into a great home near our children and grandchildren. He helped us through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

when Rocket Mortgage connected us with Sam Hale, he came to our place and meet with us and ask what is our preferences, how many bedrooms, lot size, school district and our price range. Sam was very professional, patience and honest. We had two showings with him and each time we gave an offer. our second offer was accepted. We love our new home and thank to Sam Hale for helping us. We were naïve buyers, we thought we were going to close in a week. We didn't do our home work but Sam took his time in explaining all the steps.

Sam was exactly the person we needed to help guide us through home buying for the first time while facing an incredibly unfavorable market. He was competent and knowledgeable, but most importantly he was patient with us, as it took nearly a year to find the right house. There were a few times we came close to putting in an offer but ultimately decided to back out, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. He just continued to show us house after house even at inconvenient times or distances. We couldn’t recommend him more!
