We could not have had a better realtor to help us find our first home. Kathy always responded to us immediately with any questions we had. Buying a house, especially for the first time, was scary and Kathy was someone we could trust and she always provided us with the information we needed. She was very nice and worked hard to help us find a home that was perfect for us!

Kathy was so knowledgeable and professional. My son recently closed on his first home and had so many questions. Kathy was there every step of the way and went above and beyond. She helped him navigate through what could have been a very stressful process, stress free. She took care of every detail and explained everything in a way that made sense. Kathy was an amazing resource for selling a house for me in Pottstown that had a difficult tenant that took a year to get evicted. There were many many challenges with this property including dealing with lawyers, clean out crews, police, neighbors, borough officials, bank officials, lock smiths…the list goes on. She regularly checked up on the property and was able to resolve unexpected issues immediately. Kathy had the resources and quality contacts to help at every turn. Her tenacity and willingness to help gave me such confidence and peace of mind especially since I live out of state and was going through the process remotely. She’s the best!!!

Kathy is highly professional and knowledgeable agent with excellent communication skills and pleasant work manners. Specifically, Kathy made accurate property appraisal, worked with the buyer's agent, and actively participated in the negotiation process. She also worked with the municipal authorities and HOA to ensure proper timely completion of all of the steps involved all the way through the settlement process. Kathy was fantastic. She was very responsive and informative throughout the process. Made the purchase of our home a very pleasant experience. She helped us negotiate and close at the during price we wanted . She also referred us to a great mortgage team to assist with our loan .
