My experience selling with Sue was great. She understood the market (and the strategy of selling) much better than I did. She offered many insights that I wouldn't have arrived at on my own - and offered good advice for how we should list my house. I had some other thoughts of my own - and Sue was good about listening & considering my ideas as well. Ultimately, we worked together and decided on something in the middle - which was great, and that was the right move! Our listing did really well! Because we worked together like partners and that's what you really need in these situations, you need someone who brings expertise - but also considers your ideas & includes you in the process and respects your wishes. Sue was amazing! She sold the property she helped me buy twice. The first buyer was eventually unable to secure financing. In our transaction, there were a great number of seller difficulties in getting our offer to closing (none of them Sue's fault). She stuck it out with both transactions and, with grace, energy, and good humor, got us settled. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for property in her territory.

Suzanne was an absolute joy to work with. If you like someone who actually listens to what you are saying and responds to EVERY question you ask on one email without having you come back time and time again to get remaining answers, if you want someone who will find out the answers she doesn't know in a timely manner, if you want someone who will make your dream a reality - Suzanne is the one to realtor you need. I found out about Suzanne from Tanya Mace of RMS mortgage (another winner), who I contacted about financing. My search area covered multiple counties, my approved mortgage amount was quite limiting and like many, my wants far exceeded what I could afford. We initially started looking last year, but after viewing multiple properties - singles, twins, condos, townhouses, manufactured homes - I assumed I could not afford to buy so signed a rental. Fast forward 8 months, while searching for my brother, I "accidentally" found a property and a condo that I wanted to see. I called Suzanne and she immediately made time for me to go look at both within 2 days. The home was awful, but the condo- was exactly in my price range but having never experienced living in any kind of complex, especially a condo, I had millions of questions - every one of which Suzanne answered quickly. As additional validation - when I was flying back in from Mexico the day before closing, I met a woman who owns a large, lucrative real estate office in Chester County. She asked if I was a homeowner and I told her about my closing scheduled for the next day and she asked who was my realtor. When I told her Suzanne - she said she is one of the best and we have been trying to get her to join our team for a couple years now but she insists on staying on her own and we can make her work load less. I agreed, but smiled as I knew Suzanne is making it on her own - and having that full personalized service is what small business is all about. Always smiling and patient, she makes herself available to see whatever property you want to see regardless of location. She never complains and will actually make finding one of life's most stressful challenges of buying a home - pleasant. You cannot go wrong with Suzanne Kunda of Freestyle RE (or Tanya of RMS Mortgage for that matter).

Suzanne was great throughout our entire process! Moving from Michigan presented its challenges, but Suzanne was flexible to meet with, knowledgeable of the areas we were looking, and regularly gave sound advice as we looked to purchase and sell our house out of state! My wife and I would recommend Suzanne to anyone, and would not hesitate to use her in the future!
