Kelli's a treasure. She's very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and generous with her time. Anything she didn't know offhand, she traced down and got back to us. Highly recommend, especially for first time buyers who want an honest source of information and advice. Kelli figured out what we were looking for and found our dream home on our first day of viewing. 10 out of 10, highly recommend and would immediately use again.

She is only the best realtor in the area, she is absolutely amazing and professional, she never gave up in finding us the best house as she had promised us. And yes she did!! We saw dozens of properties and we almost gave up buying something we weren't in love with but she knew there was something better for us, so we kept looking and suddenly there it was, the dream house, she fulfilled her promise. She made the process much easier and she explained every step we took, it really was a great experience working with Kelli. She will always be welcome in this home. I recommend Kelli Williams to anybody that's looking to sell/buy a property, she will give you peace of mind and you will be satisfied with the result. Although the road could look bumpy, everything would have been worth it in the end.

Kelli was absolutely amazing. I would not have been able to get through this process without her. As a first time home buyer the process was overwhelming at times but Kelli was encouraging and patient. She stayed in constant communication and always told me what the next step would be. Kelli made sure that she didn't find just any house but a house that would be right for me. She was there to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. Kelli is the best! She went above and beyond. I am so grateful that she was my realtor.

To anyone in the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George and/or Stafford area, if you are in need of a realtor, please look to Kelli Williams (Century 21) as your go to person! Kelli is always professional and easy to work with; she provides insight to things that you may over look when searching or selling a home. She’s responsive to all calls, emails and unannounced visits; she’s has the ability to get the job done! Her negotiation skills are head-on and unwavering; the fact is she’s GREAT at her job. Kelli’s gift to the people that she work for and with is so rewarding that when your finish buying or selling your home you feel like you’re a part of her family. Her expertise and resilience made it easy for me to choose her; I was first introduce to her by my 28 year old daughter, and I must say in the very beginning my daughter spoke highly of her, but I was a little guarded thinking she was like most realtors, out for the money. I’m glad to say she proved me wrong. Kelli was recommended from a highly regarded and respected friend and was the right one for the job. She worked with me based on the schedule and price I wanted and was there for me every step of the way. She supported my goals throughout the process while providing the knowledge and experience to make everything go well and achieve the best possible outcome. She worked professionally between me and the buyer and handled the many questions and concerns with perfect finesse. There was never any pressure as to what the sale meant to her achievements or bottom line. How refreshing to have an expert on your side as a consultant who always works in your best interests! I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with a natural sales professional who makes the work fun, backed by expertise I could count on.
