Kelly is AMAZING, she is always available whenever I needed her. Even when she was out of town and I wanted to see a house, she made it happen. Kelly was also very patient in finding a home, she told us that we would know when we found the right house and never tried to talk us into a house just to make a sale. She is very patient and we love her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I have had the fortunate experience to work with Kelly twice now. I relocated my family in 2014 to the Cookeville area from out of state. Kelly was the agent that was assigned to me at her previous employer. I was so impressed with the ease of this process that I decided to reach out to her again 10 years later when it came time to sell my house. She is extremely knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the real estate industry and is very accessible and devoted to her craft. She hired a professional photographer that made my house look absolutely amazing. Kelly listed my house simultaneously thru several sites which caused my home to have two offers within 3 days. After I accepted the offer to sell my home Kelly stayed in touch with me multiple times a week to give me updates and keep me up to speed on all of the behind-the-scenes activity. I have been in sales for over 25 years now (not home sales) so I am very critical on any type of sales interactions that I encounter. I highly recommend you too reach out to Kelly if you are buying or selling a house in the state of TN. It would be a mistake on your part to overlook this superstar in the industry.

Kelly is the best realtor i've had the pleasure to deal with. She listens, and is always on call. Definitely would reccomend her to anyone. Kelly met our needs, and she was very patient and kind. She was direct with the builer as well, making sure they kept up their end. We are going to be selling the house we live in now later on, and we plan to use Kelly to do so.

When my house was listed within 2 weeks it was under contract. She had people looking at it all the time. We were very impressed on how fast things happened for closing and how convenient it was to close no coming in and signing all sorts of paperwork. If you need to sign something she can send it to you electronically and you sign while your in the store shopping or picking up your kids. I have found the only person we will use in the future to deal with selling or buying our homes.
