Todd did a great job helping us sell our land. He was very well prepared and on top of the market. His follow up through the whole process was exceptional. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Fast, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. I hope to use him again in the future. He quickly came to a residence I was interested in and showed me around. While we didn't get the property that day, he texted and called throughout the process, keeping me updated the minute anything changed. He was not pushy at all. He honestly discussed the problems and the potential of the property. He listened to my wife and I and answered all of our questions. Oh, and we had our kids with us. He got along with them to. Top-notch real estate professional.

We are very fortunate that Todd Hasty was our Relator. We are ‘snowbirds’ transitioning to Tennessee, long distance home searching presents unique challenges, that being said, Todd Hasty made it seamless. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the area and commerce. He is an excellent listener, he took note of every detail that we expressed we were looking for and he did not disappoint. When we arrived for our first visit, all the homes we viewed were great suggestions based on what we described and we found our perfect home that very same day. He was always available to answer questions and provide us with a broader insight as to our new endeavor. He is above and beyond a Four Star rating. A few more things Todd did on our behave, besides assisting with the remote closing , he did a house in inspection upon closing and has even taken care of arranging for grass cutting services until we arrive. Like we said, “Above and Beyond” We could not be happier with our experience and Todd made our transition to a new state effortless.
