Kelly was great! Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she was fully invested in our interests. We’ve worked with her before, she’s always a joy to work with. She’s very knowledgeable and does great work. She’s also great at communication and really cares about people.

I chose Kelly because she was knowledgeable about properties in the area. What I found while working with her was that she was able to listen, and hear, what my needs were, and then communicated the strategies for achieving a good outcome. She connected me with other professionals to assist with my 1031 Exchange, and walked with me through the entire process of selling the property. Kelly was always reachable by phone or text, and responded with help and/or suggestions, even for some questions that maybe shouldn't have been her responsibility. I would seek her out again for any property purchase or sale in the future.
