I recently had the privilege of working with Kerry on a particularly special real estate transaction, and I can't emphasize enough just how remarkable she was to work with from start to finish. As a lender assisting my first-time homebuyer client, we were faced with a unique set of HOA challenges, and it was Kerry who proved to be essential in overcoming these hurdles. She was quick to respond, friendly and more than willing to get involved to help solve the problem for her seller and my buyer - we couldn't have done it without her and appreciate her steadfast dedication to get to the closing table. My client is happily in her dream home and it's in large part thanks to Kerry - I highly recommend working with her as your real estate agent.

Lindsay is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was a great help in our home buying process which took over a year. She was patient and kind throughout the ordeal, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

I could write a book about how amazing Lindsay has done for my wife and I. We where buying from out of state due to a job change. Lindsay was so wonderful every step of the way to make the process easy for us. She did virtual tours of the house and gave us all of the little details. She visited several different houses for us and was on it right when we asked. She also was top on everything she could handle for us. I’m not sure how many agents we would have been comfortable buying out of state with limited view of the house, but Lindsay did an amazing job and made us feel comfortable while we found our perfect fit!

Little did we know we would be trying to buy a house during one of the most difficult times for buyers in the last 15 years. We quickly realized that we weren’t going to get anywhere if we didn’t have a seasoned agent with an edge. We found Kerry through a local lender’s recommendation, and we were so pleased and relieved. We were shopping for a house in Highlands Ranch, which she happened to know a lot about. Kerry was extremely responsive when it came to booking (in this market, you snooze, you lose a chance to see a house). She was able to communicate well with the listing agent, which helped us gauge our offer, and she navigated things well for us, even as a potential backup offer. I felt like strategy was a big factor in navigating such a competitive market, and Kerry was able to intelligently discuss with us which tactics to use and when. She was even able to get our purchase price down by a decent amount after our offer was accepted. The other important qualities: patience and a great demeanor. I had interviewed another competitive agent based on lots of reviews, and over a couple weeks realized his “edge” left me hanging and questioning my own precautions. If you can’t trust your agent to keep your best interest in mind, then the other factors that keep your “machine” oiled, like communication, break down. Kerry was such a relief to talk to, on all matters big and small. We were grateful to find someone who was competitive *and* we could trust. She fielded my endless, worried questions always with kindness and a cheery disposition, and preserved the humanity in our housing adventure of 2021. Of course, Kerry also offered other things you’d want in an agent, like keeping an eye out for things we wouldn’t know to look for in a house. Things like signs of past sump pump flooding, or aging windows that would be a future expense. She spoke to things like the buffer material between foundation slabs - stuff I wouldn’t have dreamed of till we got into the house hunt. She saw us soundly all the way through closing, cheerfully answering my questions to the very end. Kerry rocked it, professionally and smoothly, even in the most difficult market. Enough said!

As a first time home buyer I had every fear in the world that I would never be able to actually buy my own home. She did a wonderful job showing me she could help and it wasn’t as far fetched as it seemed. Lindsay was nothing but amazing to work with, not only in helping me find my perfect home, but also supporting me through my fears. She was so knowledgeable, accommodating and positive, never letting me feel like buying my own home wasn’t obtainable. Lindsay was on top of everything, guiding me every step of the way, ensuring I understood every part of my transaction from showings and contracts to the final days of my purchase. The best part of working with Lindsay is how much she really cares about you as a person and what is best for you, rather than seeing you as just another transaction. Because it doesn’t just end when your transaction does, you can tell she is very loyal to her clients. I would absolutely 100% recommend Lindsay as your forever realtor, she is the BEST, and I will use her for ALL of my transactions going forward!
