He honed in early on what was important to us and helped us to find a home that we would have thought beyond our reach. His experience and professionalism eased us through every step of the process. Kevin was a fantastic agent start to finish. While searching for homes he was very prompt in getting us showings and was extremely generous with his time to help us find a great house. Once we found our house he was available around the clock to help answer rookie first-time homebuyer questions, write up/amend contracts, help with negotiations and steer us to a successful close. We were able to navigate several roadbumps in regards to the inspection, lender requirements and more. We ended up closing a week early on a beautiful home at a great price. Kevin was amazing to work with and couldn't recommend him enough.

We listed our home for sale in a slower market and had zero success for several weeks and removed the listing feeling so discouraged. Then we decided to reach out to Kevin for help. He created a strategy that got our home under contract in 5 days. Every step of selling our home was seamless and the support of his team helped us every step of the way. We also bought our new home with him and it was so smooth even when working with tricky sellers. He gave us great advice and helped with negotiation so we got exactly what we needed in both transactions and the timing of everything (with tricky rent back needs on both sides) worked our perfectly. Kevin and his helper, Jeromy, did a great job in helping us prepare our condo for sale. Once it was ready he then successfully promoted it so that there were many prospective buyers visiting it. When the right buyers visited and made an offer he handled last minute details so that the closing could complete in a very smooth and efficient manner. Thank you Kevin, we appreciate what you did to help make this sale take place.
