Kim was a pleasure to work with in finding our home! She is extremely professional, responsive, proactive, and accommodating of schedules. We always trusted that she was looking out for our best interests and knew what we were looking for, and she rolled with it as we continually adjusted our parameters in this crazy market. She was also helpful in pointing out features of various homes that we should consider or that might be problematic. We would unreservedly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a home!

Kim was amazing in our long distance acquisition of our dream property in Atascadero. She went above and beyond the whole way, and has been a great resource even after we closed escrow. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

I can't recommend Kim Croft highly enough! She has now been my agent for buying my first house and for selling my first house. Since I've already reviewed her in 2013 for helping me buy my home this is my review for selling my first home. She walked me through the process the whole way and explained everything. I moved out of the area before putting the house on the market and she took care of coordinating all the people that did work on the house to get it ready to sell. She found homes for everything that I had to leave behind and made the process painless for me. Too bad I can't have her as my agent for finding a home back east :-) She comes with my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!!!!!
