Kim is AMAZING!! We needed to sell our home and buy out of state so we knew we needed someone who could take on this task and get it done. Kim works like magic! She was there for us every step of the way. Not only did she get our home sold FAST, she communicated with everyone involved, stayed on top of everything and always kept us updated. Highly recommend her!

Kim Macias was the best realtor! She made sure we were communicated on everything and if there was a crisis she took care of it without us even asking. Kim was fast, efficient and got us a good price on our home and found us wonderful buyers too. Kim and her team were the best, most professional and knowledgeable team we could have asked for. Kim also kept in close contact with our out of state realtor so that everyone knew what was going on. If we would ever need a realtor again I would definitely use Kim Macias.

I reached out to Kim Macias on whim via Facebook. She was local and had no reason to contact her and I am forever grateful that I did. I explained my situation and she drove up to meet with me with her associate. I will never able to ti thank her enough for all that she has done for me. Extremely professional as she is compassionate. She knows the process and knows exactly what she is doing. She is always available when you need her and responsive to your questions. Anyone lucky enough to work with Kim will know I am telling the truth the moment you speak with her.
