My experience with Tammy and her team at CMP was absolutely excellent. Her business is truly a family one with lots of experience in the St Pete market where they live and work. I’ve found that many brokers in Florida are purely transactional while Tammy is the opposite. She provides full service, advice on how to maximize the sale, marketing and staging expertise and help, and takes the ball and runs with it end to end which is exactly what we wanted. She deals with any pressures and pitfalls no matter how minor effortlessly and is a pleasure to work with. Her resources to support the sale including access to contractors if needed are extensive. A true pro and the very best.

Tammy and team did an excellent job selling my mom's house in Gulfport. They were all great to work with and very good at communicating with us throughout the whole process. This was an incredibly quick sale at very close to full asking price and all the little issues that came up were resolved quickly and efficiently. We definitely appreciated all the knowledge and resources that they brought to the table. I could not be happier with the way everything worked out and would absolutely recommend them.
