Phenomenal! Leah’s extensive experience in the industry, keen attention to detail, impressive negotiation skills coupled with great communication and interpersonal skills makes her the ideal agent. She was my advocate, sounding board, advisor and so much more. She helped me find a home that was perfect for my family and negotiated every detail to the end. Her creative thinking helped craft an offer that stood out from the rest. Not only did she help me negotiate a home in a booming area for less than the appraised value but she also negotiated a sizable seller’s credit in a seller’s market! If “Making It Happen” was a person, she’s it!

Leah is the BEST! She was so incredibly helpful at every step of the home buying process. We are first time home buyers who knew very little about how to go about buying a home, and Leah made it so easy to understand. She was so thoughtful in learning our wants and needs, sharing her knowledge of the areas where we were looking, and making sure we didn't end up in a home that ultimately wouldn't work out for us a few years down the road. She came up with great suggestions for how to be as competitive as possible yet realistic with our offers, and always had a recommendation for any services we needed who have all also been wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain every detail, was super responsive to all of our questions/emails/texts, and even sent helpful reminders throughout escrow and after the closing on our home. We absolutely loved working with Leah and will 100% work with her again if we ever decide to upgrade!

Working with Leah Guerra made buying a home far less stressful than most people say is even possible. This was my first time and my partners second. She had a very bad experience with her first time purchase, so she was full of questions and intent on doing all the research she could to protect our investment. At no time did Leah ever make us feel like we were asking too many questions or inappropriate questions. For me...the first time buyer of a home...well, let's just say I'm looking forward to both selling and buying with Leah again, because she really did take any sting out of the situation. At one point during our purchase Leah left on an overseas vacation for a week, but we could barely tell she was gone because she remained in constant contact with us. As cliche as it may sound, she is truly dedicated to her clients. We felt like we were her only clients.
