Leigh Ann was an invaluable asset during our search for a home in Key West. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and paid attention to our changing priorities throughout our time with her. She was always a joy to be with we feel like we've really made a great friend in Key West even before we actually arrive! We've bought and sold many homes from one coast to the other and I can honestly say she is at the very top of my list. She went above and beyond more times than I can count and continues to be there for us even after our sale was finalized. I give her my highest recommendation and would use her services again in a heartbeat.

Leigh Ann is a true pro in the real estate business. I told her that when it looked like our deal might fall through (we were up against multiple offers). She is informed, organized, efficient, and a joy to work with. She continues to check with us now to see our progress into the "island life". We could not have had a better experience.

Leigh Ann knows the area extremely well. She worked with us as a buyers agent delivering many properties for us to review electronically and then set up days of appointments for us to see many homes. When none were really what we were looking for and we thought we might have to put the search off for a while, she made a couple calls and we were able to see a home which wasn’t even listed. We were able to make an offer anyway and bought the home. Knowing the market, other realtors and keeping up with everything in the area is why we as outsiders, trusted Leigh Ann to find us our new home. Our experience was one which she followed up and followed through the entire process, search through closing.
