I had my home on the market for 6 months with another realtor. Never got one fair offer. About 9 months later, I decided to go with Raymond Vazquez. He was professional and knowledgeable and we discussed a price. I can not believe how fast my home sold. Also for more than the asking price! Now I needed to purchase something.
