Suzanne Moore help us to sell our home in Key West, Florida faster than we ever believe possible; she accomplish what our first realtor could not do in 6 months. Suzanne was a true professional, she was very experienced and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. She was always confident that she could sell our home and she not only sold it but did it in a very short amount of time. She was very friendly and communicated with us on a regular basis.

I met Suzanne simply because she had most of the houses I was interested in listed, called her and warned her that not only was I probably not going to buy but that I also had 4 friends who wanted to tag along. It didn’t discourage her as she arrived Monday am with 13 houses to show. Very knowledgeable without being pushy at all. She was concise in following my list of wants, Old Town, historic and charming , pool and a max of 2million. Her most valuable advice was steering me to the quiet , private lanes. A total pro, and great person.

We chose Suzanne to represent us in the purchase of a home over other agents because we felt we could trust her to be absolutely honest with us. And she was. In addition, she was extremely helpful, setting up multiple appointments to view the house and in making all the work necessary for a purchase a breeze. She's a long-time resident of Key West, where we were buying property, and knows the area and its residents really well. I've worked with a number of agents over the years and she's the best we've encountered.

I have been working with Suzanne for the past 4 years...if not more. She is one smart woman..she has the knowledge that makes the sale or selling of your property flawless. Suzanne does her homework..knowing and having available the questions you might have about the property. Real estate taxes..insurances needed to cover liability on the property and viability of the neighborhood you are interested in. Once you decide to have Suzanne either sell your house..or to find you your Key West dream home...she works tirelessly for you.. I feel very lucky to have had such a rewarding experience.

Suzanne was very effective in identifying a reasonable price for the house. She was thorough in letting us know what to expect and what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale. We had the complication of renters occupying the house while she was showing it. She managed showings that minimized the discomfort for the guests. The house sold within a couple of months, thanks to her. We got to work with an agent who is very effective and very personable. I truly recommend Suzanne to my friends.
