I decided to move from IN to TN in mid-2017. I had sold my home in IN and was looking for THAT place to move to in TN. I found Mary online and then she helped me look all over creation (this area of 4-5 counties) for that perfect house/lot. Although I ended up going in a different direction, Mary helped me purchase a lot in White County and remains a friend and I would use her again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a dedicated agent, then Mary Bowling should be your first pick. Mary listed our house and had it sold fast - we were amazed! <br/><br/>She also assisted us on the very difficult job of house hunting. She was with us each step of the way and only a call/text away. She let us look at our own pace, and she never made us feel pressured into buying anything we weren't 100% sure about. <br/><br/>If we decide to sell/buy in the future, Mary is who we will choose every time!

Mary listens to her clients, she doesn't try to show you homes out of your budget or area, she has been very patient with us so much that I gave her card to my sister and brother in law and she found them exactly what they wanted and they will close before we do.

Mary was very helpful both in selling our home and in buying our new home. She went above and beyond whenever we needed her. She was available all the time to show our home and to show us new places. We would highly recommend her if you are either planning on selling or buying.
