Liane helped us navigate buying our first home, and we couldn't be more grateful for her guidance. When we first reached out, we were completely uncertain about what we wanted, and she patiently showed us a wide range of homes across different neighborhoods over the course of 6+ months. Her patience, knowledge, and insight were invaluable. My wife and I had little experience and didn’t know what questions we should be asking, but at every house, Liane stepped in and asked all the right questions on our behalf—it was like having a second mother by our side. When we finally found the home we loved, Liane truly shone. The bidding was extremely competitive, and without her expertise and dedication, there's no question we wouldn’t have gotten the house. Liane was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond at all hours of the day, and patiently walked us through every step of the process as first time home buyers. Liane was honest with us and had our best interests in mind - she didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. She came with us to check out several homes before we found one that we liked - I felt guilty at how many houses she came to, but she was positive the whole time. Liane also knows what she is doing in the offer process, and her strategy/advice helped us get our offer accepted, even though it was not the highest offer. She has a good reputation in the community and is highly respected by seller's agents, which is important. We highly recommend Liane to anyone looking to buy a home in the area, especially first time home buyers who have no idea what they are doing!

We could not have asked for a better agent than Liane! You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. Liane is knowledgable about the market and the metro Boston area and was great at setting expectations with us, but still worked hard to get us our dream home. When it comes to responsiveness, I'm not quite sure when Liane sleeps, as she responded within 30 mins any and every time we reached out and was aways patient when we had questions. I never felt like I was bothering her. When we went to showings with her, she was an active participant, asking questions (some that we hadn't thought of!) and pointing out important features or downfalls of each home to us, yet letting us come to our own conclusions and make our own decision. When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, Liane was lightning fast in getting us comps and getting the offered written up and submitted (and this was on Labor Day weekend!) Throughout the entire process, Liane was always one step ahead of us, sending us reminder emails of what we needed to do and making sure everything stayed on track for closing. She negotiates hard on her clients behalf and is one of the nicest people to be around. I truly enjoyed working with her and would not hesitate to work with her again the next time we are in the market to buy or sell a home. If you are in need of a realtor, call Liane! You will not regret it.

We have worked with Liane twice now. She helped us buy our house when we relocated from Florida and selling our house when we relocated to Maryland. She is an absolute dream to work with. She is so knowledgeable about the area and the market that we were able to sell our house for well over what we expected to even list it for! She is hard working, kind, and full of a wonderful, bubbly energy! We wish we could have worked with her when buying our current home in Maryland!
